MATLAB: How can I use optimization tools to minimize x

I am new to the Matlab ,how can write the code from optimization tools , my equation Ax-b , if i have matrix (A) 60*100 and (b) 60*1 . i want to find min value x .
LOW=ones(100,1)*0
UPP=ones(100,1)*1
i used lsqnonlin via this code
[x,resnorm]=lsqnonlin('fun',x0,LOW,UPP,options);
but i get error; the returned error is as follow
Error using lsqncommon (line 67) The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm does not handle bound constraints and the trust-region-reflective algorithm requires at least as many equations as variables; aborting
